WCAEAT is an international, non-profit organization that seeks to look beyond the obvious and to tap into new and unconventional resources. We talk so much about global warming and natural disasters, but we are not trying hard enough to create and invent or innovate solutions that counterbalance environmental abuses. The biggest mistake of our modern time is to transform prime agricultural land into bio-fuel producing land, simultaneously destabilizing the food chain, world economics, and the eco-system.

This is an open invitation to all member states of the United Nation to join in the widest scale possible to research, develop, and finalize new technologies that are 100% environmentally friendly and without dependencies on fossil fuel. Our aims and objectives are clear and achievable:

• Inventions and innovations are the real catalyst to saving the environment.

• Extend oil reserve durability by an additional 200 years at least by introducing a full generation of EVs. Doing so will drive down oil prices, stabilize the economy and consumer goods prices, sustain growth, and alleviate poverty.

• Reducing our dependency on oil products will force us to look into innovative and emerging technologies, not necessarily nuclear power stations but wind turbines, wind farms, underwater energy, and solar panels, which are not being fully developed because people are skeptical of them.

• The built environment and house design should implement state of the art technology in energy conservation, recycling, underground heating, and environmental practices.

• Combining resources is the only way to fight global warming and natural disasters through science, technology, invention, and innovation. This is the birthplace of the first International Technology Park for Economic and Environmental studies. It is an environmental revolution in the making and eco-science application to save planet Earth.

• Membership is open only to scientific and environmental groups and NGOs from the United Nations arena as an international collective effort, with voluntary contribution towards costs, research, and development.

Bread Basket or Fuel Basket

The exploitation of agricultural land for the purpose of producing bio-fuel or bio-diesel or ethanol at the expense of food production and the food chain is self-destructive and certainly will have a catastrophic impact on the ecology by destabilizing the environment and the source of food chains. The rush for new gold is alarming because environmental issues have been hijacked under false pretence that this is going to save the environment.

It seems that humanity has reached the highest level of stupidity by looking at narrow-minded targets that are destabilizing the food chain, ecology, and wildlife without looking at any impacting factors. Car numbers are constantly increasing, so more farmland will be needed to produce what is called “environmentally friendly fuel.” The global population is also on the increase, so how are we going to feed this massive number of humans if we destroy the land necessary for food production for the sake of fuel production? Are we going to cull those who cannot afford to buy or pay for their food? Or are we poised to head for a bigger disaster than global warming and its impact on humanity?

Those who advocate ecology and sound the alarms about global warming are shallow and empty because they fail to offer real solutions to the problems. Moaning is not good enough. We need to educate, and even impose fines on, those who pollute the environment and damage the ecology. What is the purpose of the “Green Militancy and Eco Warriors” if not to help the environment? Shouting and screaming is not enough. Cannot they go and plant trees or clean and pick up rubbish dumped by humans?

The spread of respiratory disease, primarily asthma, is caused by dumping tons of fast food packaging on our streets, in our parks, and on our transport system. Cannot we do our bit by behaving sensibly and not littering and dumping? Most of the packaging materials are not biodegradable, and their residues and particles remain in the air, causing countless respiratory problems and illnesses, mainly to children, the elderly, and the most vulnerable in society. Guiltiest are the parents, who commit these offences and rush to hospital or to GPs to treat their children for acute respiratory illnesses. These bemused parents wonder why their children are sick.

It is about time that we educate children about the serious illness caused by the environment and its effects on our health and lives.

Environmental issues have been hijacked to serve political gains and purposes. People are manipulating the truth and injecting messages that they want us to hear and by which they want us to abide. Greed is behind their actions, which serve the purpose of these global players who lack true concern for the environment. Greed is also behind ignoring scientific inventions, innovations, and new technologies and the lack of support to innovative minds and inventors. We are keeping a diary about the lack of support for new inventions, especially when they are geared to help the environment through research and development. We all know about the fate of the electric car and how it was buried. But the electric car remains the most viable option available to us. We are aware of new technologies and innovations to advance the cause of the electric car not only by making it more affordable but also by giving it the longest range possible without dependence on the national grid and thereby making it an indirect source of pollution.

Yes, some people have been working solidly and tirelessly for years to finalize a design for a fully powered electric vehicle with little or no dependency on the national grid at all, but rather a self-generating power source. Other problems might arise during experimentation, but they can be solved one by one. This is the purpose of research and development.

We are fully aware of the traditional hostility to the electric car. Indeed, loud voices proclaim that the electric car causes or contributes to pollution because it uses the national grid, which in turn uses fossil fuels that emit CO2 and other pollutants. This finding seems to have put the final nail in the coffin of the electric car. We have accepted the challenge, however, of resurrecting the electric car and shall try to bury arguments against it once and for all.

Innovation always brings new and tangible solutions, and we are fully aware of the electric car’s design, concept, and challenges. We do not claim that we have solved the point-carre conjencture, but we have identified a new design for the electric car that will minimize the use of the national grid to charge batteries and thereby silence its critics at the same time. We anticipate improving the existing components and reaching engine efficiency of 92 – 95%, and possibly 99%, with a potential range of 500 miles non-stop and to conclude our experimentation by analyzing the wear and tear on all elements.

We do strongly believe that it is a massive undertaking, and we are looking and continue to look for practical and tangible solutions. We understand perfectly the lobbying power of both the automobile and oil industries for the following reasons:

1. The automobile industry is not able to shift its fundamental belief in the internal combustion engine to more innovative technologies, including alternative energy such as the electric engine, which relies on batteries and innovations beyond those already developed.

2. The oil industry is unwilling to replace gas stations with wind turbine electricity generating stations (with only minor connection to the national grid in case of lack of wind) that charge batteries on the highway.

3. New Emerging and advanced technologies are around the corner and primarily to eliminate our addiction to oil and petrol products without endangering agricultural land and food sources. A total environmental solution.

The complicity between these two industries is paramount. They depend on each other heavily, and one cannot survive without the other. The proof is in the cross investment, behind the scene ownerships and monopoly. How long can we take the bait and how long can we tolerate oil and gas prices increase.

Above all, our lack of courage to fight these big companies, who are destroying our jobs and environment at the same time with our money and resources, is a major part of the problem. Nevertheless, we continue to believe in our convictions and strategic approaches to problem solving. We are working so hard without wasting any time, and that is why we need you to be on board and on our side. Naturally, sceptics see the concept as a financial risk and prefer to maintain the status quo—the roaring, polluting engine. The electric car is gaining momentum around the world from China to California and from Britain to Scandinavia. It is not a perfect situation, but research and development is here to improve the elements of the EV generation. Our first prototypes is possible within a period of one year to eighteen months, and full production is possible within two years. Agricultural land should remain agricultural land. Otherwise we are destabilizing the environment and the economic system necessary for our own survival. We are already struggling to stabilize or maintain it at a reasonable equilibrium, away from recession, depression, and financial crisis. As if global warming, hurricanes, flooding, ice melting, and other natural disasters were not enough, humans may be stupid enough to engineer their own destruction.

Using food sources for fuel sources is not a good solution to our problems. It is another massive disaster in the making by our own hands. Regrettably, time and hunger are the witnesses to changing agricultural land from breadbaskets into fuel tanks. This catastrophe is nothing but an addition to our quagmires and dilemmas.

Nonetheless, we have identified new designs for the automotive industry which are going to be tested soon, once we have secured the help and assistance of organizations and countries like yours. Currently, we are working and developing close to thirty inventions and systems in alternative energy and automotive technology. It is an environmental revolution in the making.


Turbines and Wind Farms

Due to the rise of oil prices and the effect on industry and consumer goods, some irresponsible governments are turning their attention towards nuclear energy. This is a wrong move, since nuclear power stations generate massive nuclear waste that needs managed disposal and storage under sea level or in underground tunnels. The risks can be enormous and unavoidable. This approach is not acceptable for the majority of us. Governments are also turning blind eyes to alternative energy and green possibilities because they estimate that wind turbines and wind farms cost a lot of money and resources.

Going fully green does not cost more than conventional methods to generate energy, and the yield can be increased gradually to replace traditional power stations that use fossil fuels. We are watching natural disasters unfolding with devastating effects, and the damage they cause is costly and unbearable on world communities. The cause of these natural disasters is obvious--global warming. Economists sounded the alarm a long time ago about the opportunity cost if we do not abide by good environmental practices.

Solar Panels
Solar panels have come a long way and are now as diverse as any product. They can even be made and integrated into a window glass that connects to the main power supply in any domestic household. In some cases, houses with good environmental design are generating surplus of electricity, which is put back in reverse to the traditional electricity supply into the national grid, generating an income for the household rather than accruing electricity bills. Households generate a small amount of electricity, but imagine if one house out of two is reversing some energy back into the system. The impact could be significant because it is green energy. But we need the political will to do it and at least to develop a model city or town. Energy self-sufficiency is already happening in parts of Scandinavia and Germany. We simply need to raise awareness.

World communities should communicate with one another and elaborate on important environmental issues through inventions and innovation and away from exhausting and time wasting political arenas. A Message to OPEC and other Oil Producing Countries
The invention of a full and complete electric car and vehicles is going to send shock waves because it is going to destabilize fundamental beliefs in economics and monopolies on resources, but it is good news for all, especially for those with limited incomes. Oil products are not going to be eliminated. Therefore, there should be no worry or calamity because heavy machinery and equipment will still need oil products until we find and develop other alternatives.

However, oil reserve life will be extended by an additional 200 years. Demand will drop, and production will slow, forcing prices to stabilize, which in turn will alleviate increased production costs in factories and plants and also help to make the prices of commodities and food products less volatile.
